Following a brief telephone conversation our client wanted to hear and see a few different examples of a 5.1 home cinema system.
Within 10 minutes he was in our Audio Venue showroom in Maidenhead discussing the options.
Having initially shown interest in the Bowers & Wilkins MT60D speaker package, which he liked, he became even more enamored with the performance improvement from the Bowers & Wilkins FPM series of speakers, once we demonstrated those to him
.
Partnered with a Marantz AV receiver and their 3D Blu-ray player it made for an excellent 5.1 setup.
A Bowers & Wilkins PV1D subwoofer and M1 rear speakers complimented the rest of the system.
The client was also very keen to make sure everybody could use the system without confusion so a URC programmed remote control was added to the setup for ease of use.
We also installed a NAS drive to allow the Marantz amplifier to stream the client’s music and also stream to his multi-room Sonos setup.
To finish the system off we housed the electronics in a custom Spectral Brick cabinet.
