Building on 40 years of Chord Company’s AV signal expertise, the EE1 Plus introduces improvements in noise reduction from lessons learned since the original EE1 debuted.

Advanced in-line network noise reduction for streaming media

Digital signals are robust but are often accompanied by a degree of noise – usually transferred from home network devices.

The EE1 Plus, like the EE1 and EE 8Switch, continues their efforts to prevent noise from affecting music/image data and system performance.

The EE1 Plus is designed to sit between ethernet cables within a streaming audio / video system and operate successfully whilst allowing signals to pass unhindered.

Noise reduction can be achieved in various configurations: between a data switch and a streamer/server, a server and a streamer, or a router and a data switch.

Further reduction can be attained by using additional devices, for example, between a router and a data switch, and between the switch and a streamer.

Manufactured from precision-machined aluminium and featuring two premium decoupled isolation feet, the EE1 Plus is engineered for superior performance in AV playback systems.

Its compact design makes installation straightforward.
