The three tubolar supports end with a crimped steel bar.

The stainless steel spikes are removable to allow the frame to be filled with damping material.

The top plate in MDF is interchangeable, ensuring a high degree of optimisation with the largest number of loudspeakers.

Decoupling between the chassis and the shelf is achieved through three high precision steel ball bearings.

The originality of the design of these legendary products dates back to 1992, the year in which Solidsteel’s founder Moreno Conti produced the first serial production.

These unique tripods are assembled through a traditional brass welding process, wisely performed by expert hands.

The average production time of a single piece is about 15 minutes, with all its parts already prepared for processing.

These characteristics make them unique.

The SS stands are also supplied with “Pata-fix®” to properly fix the speakers to the top plate.

In particular, the testing of the various possible uses of the best machineries of the time for the sector, as well as the experience with the most sophisticated and accurate techniques of open-flame welding, were the first major step towards the creation of the firsts furniture for electronics destined to the Hi-Fi and Hi-End world. Since its foundation is therefore born a business experience made of hard work, sacrifices, research, experiments and initiatives aimed at continuous product improvements. It’s easy in this way to imagine the typical working dynamics of a small family business, bearer of values and principles always common to the “Made in Italy” concept. An important year to be reported is certainly the 2006, when it was introduced on the market the prestigious Hyperspike Series, which is the current top line of products in their range that also marked the introduction of the modularity concept into the market.
