Linn 119 is a modern and high-performance compact loudspeaker.

Linn has a long history of designing and manufacturing compact loudspeakers with excellent performance that belies their size.

The Linn 119 reflects this pedigree, with a new performance benchmark and the addition of peerless versatility when it comes to building a system.

With the 119 Linn’s goal was to create a fundamentally entertaining loudspeaker, but with refinement, sophistication and neutrality, so that it would play any source material equally well – and equally enjoyably.

The Linn 119 is fitted with premium drive units, delivering excellent linear performance and excursion capability.

Drawing from what Linn learned from the development of their flagship 360 loudspeakers, drive units are mounted at the very front of the baffle, with no grille, to minimise occlusion and improve excursion.

Component quality is high throughout.

Lower-order crossovers in the 119 is designed for signal purity and, as a result, lend the speaker speed and dynamism.

The 119 are available in Satin Black, White, Walnut, or Oak veneered finish.

Inspired by Linn’s flagship 360 speaker is a magnet-mounted trim piece, featuring fine concentric grooves redolent of the surface of a vinyl record and an electro-formed Linn logo which serves as a tweeter guard.

Optional black or silver, mild-steel pedestal stands are available for mounting the 119 speakers.

With the Linn 119 having 2-way design, it is now both easier and more attainable than ever to upgrade from passive to the extraordinary performance of Linn’s proprietary Exakt technology.

119 can be converted to Exakt in a matter of minutes, whilst all requisite amplification, DACs and Exakt digital crossover can be contained within Selekt DSM to create a simple and neat system with astonishing performance.
