The world’s first 4-layer “multi-stage pendulum” high-end audio rack incorporates all the technologies of the Wellfloat Babel, which became an unprecedented benchmark as a extreme high-end audio insulator, and the Wellfloat Double, which has been captivating many audio enthusiasts since its release.
WELLFLOAT is an exceptional vibration suppression mechanism that uses the same principle of a gravitational wave detector.
Its patented “multi-stage pendulum” structure enables it to control vibrations down to the molecular level, which is significantly more effective than other audio insulators.
The board section is made of anodised aluminium and sandblasted stainless steel to achieve the ultimate vibration suppression through synergistic effect of different materials.
The rack shelf’s three bottom plates are made of rugged stainless steel, which ensures high rigidity and a low centre of gravity.
Each shelf has a load capacity per tier of 85kg.
The end goal was to build an audio rack that would push the boundaries of engineering, with a goal to minimise/eliminate vibrations that effect the audio equipment.
